Bolca Fossil Museum
In 20 meters – Visited by thousands of tourists and enthusiasts every year, this top destination is famous for its exceptionally preserved fossil fishes, reptiles and plants. Open every day.
In 3 km – The most famous fossil deposit, from which thousands of fish fossils have been extracted. Here you can visit the caves where fossils are extracted and become an archaeologist for one day!
It is what remains of an active volcano 50 million years ago, on which during the Middle Ages, a small fortress was built. The walking path leading there is simple and suitable for everyone and offers a magnificent view.
In 10 km – One of the gems of Lessinia. Perfect for walks and mountain bike excursions, surrounded by pastures and malgas.
Baby Alpaca Experience
In 2 Km – Alpaca breeding farm where you can walk around and discover the distinctive features of these wonderful animals. The purpose of the breeding farm is to rebuild a contact between man and nature in an ethical way.
In 10 km – At 1672 m. above sea level, a hike you cannot miss. Quiet and suitable for everyone, with a slight elevation gain and rewarding views
In 5 km – in San Bortolo delle Montagne: here you can observe some examples of these 17th-18th century war weapons, mostly used by people to tear down fences or defend themselves during travels.
Don Zocca Garden
In 3 km – in Sprea: this medicinal herbs garden dedicated to the famous herbalist priest Don Luigi Zocca, houses more than 300 medicinal plants. Guided tours available every Sunday during the summer months.
Alpone water spring
A simple flat path dotted with vineyards that reaches a small stream: from here the river Alpone originates, which gives its name to the valley known for the richness of its land.
